Tasting notes
Beautiful yellow colour, clear and brilliant. The nose evokes notes of ripe white fruits, nuances of crème brulée and roasted hazelnuts. The deliciously morish palate reveals notes of Williams pears and apricot juice.
Food pairing
Serve at 8° – 10°C
Ideal with a risotto of sundried tomatoes, a fish tagine, or a grilled chicken breast.
