As part of its activities, the company Vinadeis by InVivo has made respect for the privacy of its customers and users a true priority. This privacy policy aims to outline the framework of compliance of the company Vinadeis by InVivo (hereinafter “Vinadeis by InVivo”) with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter “the Regulation”) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, as amended (hereinafter “the Data Protection Act”).

ARTICLE 14 – Personal Data
In accordance with current regulations, it is specified that the Supplier collects personal data concerning its buyers (last name, first name, gender, job title, professional phone number, and professional email) for the purposes of sales and deliveries of Products, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy available on the vinadeis.com website;
Personal data concerning buyers is processed, computerized, stored confidentially, and duly secured throughout the duration of the commercial relationship and, after its termination, for a period in line with current regulations. Only commercial contacts dedicated to the operations concerned, authorized members of the Information Systems Department of the INVIVO group, and our potential subcontractors may access it, for strictly limited purposes.
In addition to any complaints the Buyer may file with the CNIL, the Buyer may access their information, rectify it, delete it, request its portability, object to or limit its processing by sending an email to: contact@vinadeis.com
What personal data do we collect?
As part of our activity, we collect a certain amount of data concerning you: Last name, first name, email address, postal address, phone number, job title (= position in the company), company.
As part of our online sales platform, we collect the following data: Last name, first name, affiliated company, email address, postal address, phone number, date of birth.

The collection of your personal data may occur at different times, and notably:

For what reasons do we process your personal data?
1 – As part of the management of commercial relationships and to allow the execution of our contracts
We collect, use, and store certain data concerning our customers and the partners/suppliers with whom we work as part of our commercial and contractual relationships.
