- Grape varietal Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre
- Pairing recommendation An intense purple colour. A powerful nose revealing notes of blackberry, pepper, and clove. Another hint of liquorice, a touch of vanilla and toasted notes bring complexity to the wine. The mouth is smooth, silky, and also, warm and fresh at the same time. The tannins are supple providing a salivating and long final.
- Accord mets & vins Perfect with veal cooked with aromatic herbs and black olives, onion tart or simply with grilled beef steak. Slow cooked vegetable based dishes work too!

- Winemaking process Plot selection. Harvested at full maturity. The Carignan is manually harvested, and vinified via a carbonic maceration. The Syrah is mechanically harvested, and the Grenache is destemmed. Traditional winemaking in concrete tanks under temperature control, with a slow extraction and a long maceration process that undergoes a malolactic fermentation. Aged 6 months, and for a short duration with wooden oak contact
